Only the Alliance Leader is able to change the relationships with other Alliances. The default relationship of 2 Alliances is neutral. To change it, tap ‘Relationship’ on the Alliance detail page (P1).

Check the list of friendly and neutral Alliances and change Alliance Relationship on the ‘Alliance’ - ‘Manage’ - ‘Relationship’ page (P2).

IMPORTANT: Alliance Relationship is one-way. When you set an Alliance as a friendly Alliance, its relationship with your Alliance can be friendly, neutral or hostile.
