The Alliance Leaders can cost some Alliance Fund to put Resource Mines for Allies to gather resources. Alliance Resource Mines can only be placed within Alliance territory and for one time, only one kind of Resource Mines can be placed.

An Alliance Resource Mine is open for all Allies to gather resources at the same time, and they won’t be under attack on it. But, every one can send only one batch of troops for it. And when the Resources are dried up, the Resource Mine need to be placed again.
